Attending to any event and collect all information needed from it is becoming more complex than ever. Visitors browse an infinite number of booths the same day and they back with tons of catalogues, business cards, brochures…

Our client, Wanteen Alamal Holding, requested us to overcome this problem. We created an easier system to improve the visitor’s experience. Visitors can collect all the data from each booth by simply touching their cards in each dedicated panel. All information will be stored in their accounts so they will be able to check after the event the exhibitor’s brochures, catalogues, videos, websites, etc Exhibitors in the other end will know who was in their booth and which kind of profiles are coming from.

VVIP system uses the latest technology of NFC badges and IoT readers connected to the cloud and apps all developed fully developed in house.

We also created survey walls. Those walls allow visitors to complete a feedback user and surveys using their badges only.
