Ai Forecast is a demo tool that predicts AirB&B prices from demo data. The Machine learning has been trained to optimise prices combining several inputs that differentiate one price from another. The data has been reduced to only a few London boroughs to make the demo easier to work with the Machine Learning.
AI Forecast is a lab tool developed by Infraflex and Imediavan. Different technologies have been used to train the algorithm avoiding false positives and optimising forecasts.
